	I use an E71 currently for business use, it really is a quality handset. The e72 is very similar but is an improved experience. The navigation key is now a more intuitive touch sensor, which can also be clicked. The hot-keys are now tactile hot keys in a rocker style. The Camera is 5mp and memory and battery life have been improved further. This is an evolutionary step by Nokia. A worthy contender to the blackberry business phone crown. Overall: Superb for business users, who want a serious phone with great Email features.
